Genius 28: Genius vs. Hadokyuu District Finals - The match between Fuji/Taka and Ishida/Sakurai continues as Taka delivers a powerful backhand cross court. Sakurai aims the ball down the line and gets irritated when Fuji had already anticipated where the ball was headed. Fuji volleys the ball and catches Sakurai unprepared and wins another point for Seigaku. It's break point now and Fuji is concentrating hard to win the next point so they will have an advantage during their service game. Ishida tells Sakurai not to block his path and pulls up his sleeve. He tells Tachibana that he is going to use "that". Ishida washes his arm and Tachibana mentions that probably no one can return his power 120% flat shot but he'll be injuring his arm if he uses it. He tells Tachibana that he has no other choice. Ishida returns a shot with a backhand and waits for Tachibana's instructions. Tachibana tells him that there is no other way but he's only allowed to use it once. Ishida crouches into position and when the ball came towards him he shouted "HADOKYUU!!". An extremely powerful shot comes speeding towards Fuji with an explosive force and when Fuji was attempting to volley it, Taka jumps in the way and blocks the ball for him. Taka returns the ball and everyone from Fudomine is shocked that he was actually able to return such a strong attack. Ishida gets in his stance again and is attempting another Hadokyuu shot. Tachibana tells him not to use it again because of his arm but Ishida ignores him and goes for it again. Just when Ishida was about to perform his Kadokyuu, the ball passes through his racket. The previous shot he made broke his strings and Seigaku widens their lead (Seigaku-5, Fudomine-3). Fudomine is relieved that Ishida didn't injure his arm but his racket strings are broken. The 1st years are shouting for Taka to finish off the set but Fuji grabs Taka's arm, showing them that it's injured. Fuji forfeits the match to Fudomine due to Taka's injury and tells him that it's alright that they had to forfiet the first match. Inui tries to treat Taka's arm and tells him to go to a hospital in case his arm might be broken. Eiji becomes more serious due to the forfeit as the next match is about to start. End.
