Summary ID 34 Episode 3 The Seigaku regular members have arrived Author Ini_Vision Episode Summary The episode starts at school, some of the regulars were gathered together, talking about the freshman, Ryoma Echizen. We scene past through Sakuno and her friend, also Tezuka. At the tennis courts, Horio is beside Ryoma, talking about how Momo was only using half his strength because of his ankle injury. (Ryoma isn't listening =P) As Horio keeps talking, the other freshmen gather, saying how Horio knows so much, Ryoma just leaves. A sophomore then walks to Ryoma, not knowing Ryoma was the 'freshman' as Ryoma points to Horio. The sophomore is angry with the 'freshman' till Arai comes, telling him he has the wrong one. (Duh o_O)Flash to the tennis locker room, Horio is talking then walks off to the door, after stepping on an old racket he puts away, ramming into Arai. Ryoma walks by, not being nice to his senpais =P. Horio and friends run. Arai and his buddies talk in the locker room, unhappy about Ryoma might being able to be a regular. Inside, Tezuka, Oishi, and Ryuzaki are figuring about which people to choose in the ranking tournaments. Oishi mentions Ryoma. Freshmens are training outside, as they have to do sit-ups next. Inoue and Shida, the reporters, are passing by. Arai comes, trying to intimidate(?) Ryoma then the regulars come. Oishi, who Horio thinks is Tezuka till a couple seconds later, lets the freshmen play on the courts. The regulars do a smash practice. (All tennis balls go into the basket no matter where Oishi lobs it.) Arai once again talks to Ryoma as Oishi accidently lobs to high, which Ryoma hits right in the basket. Arai threatens, Tezuka appears and makes both Arai and Ryoma run 20 laps. As Ryoma runs, Arai has an idea. (Looking at Ryoma's tennis bag.) The freshmen are swinging their rackets as Ryoma comes back, finding his bag gone. Arai wants a match, though Ryoma's racket is 'missing', Arai passes Ryoma an old racket. Arai starts talking, blah blah, obviously pointing out Arai hid Ryoma's rackets, Ryoma accepts the match. The match goes on as Ryoma can't hit the ball for a bit then he spins his body to add a spin on the ball. Arai is losing then on. Ryoma obviously wins, saying his warm-up is now done. Tezuka and Oishi were watching from the school, Tezuka states to make everyone, including regulars, to run laps for breaking the rules. Summary ID 165 Episode 3 The Seigaku regular members have arrived Author fujinyu Episode Summary This episode summary is written in French: Les cours reprennent. Ryoma arrive au terrain de tennis pour l'entraînement habituel du matin. Horio apprend aux autres débutants que Momoshiro était en fait blessé la veille. Il dévoile aussi l'existence d'un tournoi mensuel qui détermine les titulaires de Seigaku. Ryoma est alors abordé par un Junior qui cherche un "fameux nouveau", il lui indique faussement Horio qui faisait le fier derrière lui. Le Junior va donc le voir pour le qualifier de ramasseur de balles, mais un autre Junior, nommé Arai, l'informe de la réelle identité du nouveau ce qui ne manque pas de l'énerver. Plus tard dans les vestiaires, Horio, encore en train de parler, s'aperçoit que Ryoma est assis sur le manteau d'Arai, cependant Ryoma s'en moque. Horio remarque alors une vieille raquette en bois, la range puis ouvre la porte du vestiaire. Toutefois, en sortant il heurte Arai et alors que les débutants s'esquive sans le moindre mot, il voit que quelqu'un s'est assis sur sa veste. Pris de colère, il jure de ne pas laisser sa place de titulaire à Ryoma. Alors que les débutants s'entraînent, les Juniors reviennent vers Ryoma et, tandis qu'ils discutent, les titulaires de Seigaku font leur entrée. Ils sont aux nombres de cinq, le capitaine n'étant pas là. Les autres élèves les saluent, le vice-capitaine Oishi les invitent à jouer sur les terrains libres pendant qu'il va jouer avec un autre titulaire nommé Fuji. L'entraînement des titulaires consistent à smasher une balle dans un panier. Arai nargue Ryoma sur leurs forces. Pourtant alors qu'une balle perdue arrive vers Ryoma, celui-ci la renvoie d'un smash direct dans un panier. Arai mécontent empoigne Ryoma mais il est interrompu par le capitaine Tezuka qui assigne les deux bagarreurs d'une punition de 20 tours de terrain. Après qu'il est fini de courir, Ryoma est de nouveau aborder par les Juniors. Arai défie Ryoma. Pour cela, il lui donne la vieille raquette des vestiaires en piteux état. Néanmoins, Ryoma accepte le match. Après plusieurs balles ratées, il réussit quand même à renvoyer une balle puis une autre. Enfin, même si le cordage a lâché, Ryoma continue de ridiculiser son adversaire. Pendant ce temps là, Ryuzaki Sumire, la grand-mère de Sakuno, s'aperçoit que la grille du tournoi mensuel, remplie par Tezuka le capitaine, contient un nom qui lui est connu... All the freshmen were bossed around from the senpais and etc.. Then finally the Regulars arrived the court practicing. Finally Echizen realized that his rackets were gone, so he had to use a old one to vs. this one senpai. It took him awhile to control is but he managed to win against him.
